Williams Peak Meat Company is located in the heart of Kremmling, Colorado and is owned and operated by the Farrell Family – a family of fourth generation cattle ranchers. Kelly and Shawn Farrell started their cattle outfit in 1985. Once their three sons were old enough to walk, they were learning how to tend and care for the livestock and were quickly a pivotal part of the family business. The Farrell family runs one of the largest cattle operations in Grand County and is passionate about operating a sustainable livestock production and creating a meaningful connection to the land and food source.
Their family connection to the land is being instilled into the next generation. On a given day, you can catch two year old Shade Farrell with his family feeding the cows and learning the heart of the family business.
All of our non-GMO meats are raised in Grand County and are hand-cut, processed and frozen at the peak of freshness, while being tracked every step of the way. We are fully committed to animal welfare and the quality of the final product. We partner with a USDA approved facility and our beef is dry aged for 14 days. Our customers enjoy 100% satisfaction and meaningful connection to our family, the land and their food source.
Our goal is to connect Colorado with its food source and get high-quality meat in the hands of our community. That is why we are taking our meat to the streets with our Williams Peak Meat Company trailer.
